The median odometer reading at the time of complaint was 71,000 miles.
In owners' own words
Bought my 2010 Cadillac SRX used from dealership. Brought car back to complain about moisture in headlights. I was told is was normal on a Cadillac. Dealership said there was no recall and not to worry about it. Over time the headlights have become more and more dim to the point of not being able to see at night on my way home. The brights work well bit the dim setting is now too dangerous to drive at night. Exterior lighting
My wife was 25 miles from home at 10:30 pm and called me stating that neither headlight was working. Both had condensation in the housing. Only alternative was to tow it home or drive with fog lamps on.Neither headlight is working, high or low beam. This is totally unacceptable for a vehicle with 60,000 miles. Called Cadillac and was told you are out of warranty, you will pay all costs to fix this problem. Exterior lighting · reported at 60,000 miles
It had been raining for several days. I received a message on my screen as I was driving to check the passenger side low beam. When I got out of the car the light was completely out on the passenger light. After allowing the vehicle to sit in the garage overnight, the next morning it was obvious that there was moisture inside of the light. The blinker still works but the low and high beam are both out.
