In owners' own words
I was stopped at a light and the front end hesitated then took off normally. I got on a highway, drove 30 miles and as I was decelerating my check engine light came on and a message to service my traction control light appeared. I looked up this problem on the internet and see that it is a common problem across many models and numerous model years. It was suggested to log the complaint . I was driving on the highway and received the following message, service stabilitrak - reduced engine power. This has come up a few times. This time though while still driving my engine power was greatly reduced with the error, "starter disabled, service throttle". This led to a drastic decrease in speed with zero control over throttle and moved to the shoulder and the car rolled to a halt. Electronic stability control (ESC) · reported at 113,000 miles
