Braking system worked intermittently. Had brake master cylinder replaced 3 times. Also, electrical problems/headlights going off and on/power windows going up and down, and door locks locking and unlocking while driving. Dodge replaced entire electrical system under warranty. While driving on dry pavement at 30 mph or less, panic stops were required. The abs system operates with rapid pulsing of the brakes until a speed of about 8-10 mph is reached, at which point the system stop pulsing for 1-1/2 seconds and vehicle rolls freely. When backing up with a trailer attached, and applying brakes for the forth time, it caused pedal to harden and lost brakes. Both brake and abs lights would come on within 10 seconds or more between brakes return, and then loss of brakes again. Dealer notified, and informed consumer that was normal.
