I purchased new in 2000 a Dodge RAM 2500 sport extended cab and two years ago the dashboard began cracking, at this point pieces of the dash have fallen through leaving holes in the dash. I tried to get the dealership in concord, nh to fix it when it was under warranty but they refused.
