The middle row passenger side seat belt anchor at the floor and the clip that hooks to the floor comes apart from the hook, causing the belt to separate from the anchor which resulted in no restraint to the passenger. There was investigation on this truck for the seat belt, but now it is closed, pe96-008. Seat belts

Vehicle was involved crash from right side center of door post which caused passenger's seat belt to tighten hard enough to put a belt print on passenger chest.. Dealer / manufacturer were not notified at this time. *Ak one person was injured in accident. *Slc Seat belts

The seat belt on the right side in the middle of the vehicle disengages from the metal floor anchor which causes the seat belt to become inoperative. The spring clip has not broken but the middle metal part of the clip does not remain in position. Seat belts
