Abs light came on while driving. Vehicle was locking up and jerking when consumer applied brakes for a normal stop at about 45-50 mph/no braking action, pedal felt hard. Consumer hit fence to get vehicle to stop. Damage was $ 2000. Consumer did not have time to apply brakes again, was concerned about hitting another vehicle. Please add additional information. 1991 Plymonth voyager abs anti lock brake failure.This is the 4th time it is in the garage and at least 2 weeks out of service each time.I am afraid for my family to operate this vehical anymore and I have become disabled and can not afford to trade.They know of the problem and why can they not fix it so it is not happening for times. The contact owns a 1991 Plymouth Grand Voyager. While driving between 10-40 mph under normal conditions, the antilock brakes locked up. The vehicle was repaired due to nhtsa recall number 96v099000 (service brakes, hydraulic:antilock), however, the failure still persists.
