In owners' own words
While driving home, first "Check EV system" error came on and then "STOP VEHICLE - POWER SYSTEM FAILURE"; it was continuing to drive but would then not go above 25 mph. I pulled car over at next exit and had it towed to the dealership. It was not safe to drive at 25mph on a 45mph roadway. The dealership has confirmed problem with ICCU relay and 12V battery. This is the 2nd time this vehicle has had an ICCU problem. Electrical system
After pre warming the car in the garage, I left for work. Three minutes into the drive I heard a single popping sound from the passenger side rear of the car. I then received an error on the dash "Stop Vehicle and check power supply". I them drove 4 more miles to work with the hazards on. Two hours later I attempted to drive it to the dealer and it stopped .5 miles away. Hyundai had it towed the rest of the way. Electrical system
I was driving on the freeway on Jan 17 when I heard a pop and then the electrical warning system on the car lit up. I lost power to the car and was only able to accelerate minimally. I turned on my hazard lights and was able to get to the shoulder of the freeway and fortunately was close to an exit and was able to exit the freeway. It was towed to a dealership and I was told there was a problem with the ICCU. Electrical system
