While driving in the morning rush hour my vehicle lost power. As I pushed on the accelerator the vehicle did not speed up and maxed out at 40 mph. While driving the car on city streets and on the highway at 65 mph the car suddenly becomes unresponsive and slows to a stop. The steering wheel locks and the accelerator does not work. The car will not immediately restart. If the car is turned off and allowed to sit for 10-15 minutes it will usually restart. This has happened at least three times. Engine · reported at 5,100 miles
