Vehicle overheated, oil and coolant mixing in. The mentioned vehicle may stall on the road causing traffic hazard to its occupants, and the driving public around it. The engine oil is visibly mixing in with the engine coolant at this point. The temperature gage showed higher than normal level, then steam/smoke came out of the engine compartment as oil and coolant spew out of the closed coolant tank. Engine
Intake manifold cover and gasket has had to be replaced twice already once at 30000 and once at 65000 miles. Part failure produces a loud screaming noise and restricts air intake into the engine causing very rough idling and loss of engine power. A recall for this part was issued on similar models, but not for the Cruze eco. The recall needs to be expanded to include the eco models. Engine · reported at 65,000 miles
