In owners' own words
Door ajar light for driver's door keeps going on and we are unable to lock the doors (and the door is latched). It is a distraction to have the warning light go on indicating you should put the vehicle in park. When minor children are passengers this is a safety concern because the doors cannot be locked. There should be a recall on this since a large volume of complaints on this issue are being filed. Electrical system · reported at 35,600 miles

The driver door ajar sensor light is faulty. The sensor light will not go off and therefor the doors do not lock and the dome light does not go off. Took my car to the dealership and as soon as I told him the problem he told me what kind of car I was driving. This tells me that I'm not the only one with this problem. I feel as though there should be a recall as there is some danger that the doors do not lock. Electrical system · reported at 59,832 miles
