Purchased this vehicle in November 2020 and 7 months later was coming home from a trip, there was a ticking noise got louder and faster and then a pop. Took vehicle to a mechanic spun bearings and rods and crankcase was completely dry There were no leaks or evidence of oil These vehicles are known to have excessive oil consumption. I believe that the blown engine was a direct result of oil consumption Engine
I was driving on a city street and the stabilitrac words came up on my dash. Then it said powering down. Then my vehicle started running rough and I pulled over and shut it off. I waited a minute and shut off traction control button. Then started again and a few minutes later the words came on again and it started running rough. I shut it off again and waited and got it home slowly about 3 miles. Engine · reported at 123,000 miles
