The contact owns a 2010 Hyundai Accent. The contact stated that the front passenger air bag warning light illuminated constantly whether a person was occupying the seat or not. The vehicle was taken to the dealer three times for the failure where they replaced the air bag sensor however, the light continued to illuminate. The manufacturer was not notified. Was involved in a front-end collision on february 12, 2016, the driver's side airbag failed to deploy. The car's history indicated no prior accidents or airbag deployment. The car was in motion (55 mph) and driving straight on a state highway.
