In owners' own words
I took my vehicle for virginia safety inspection and it failed due to the air bag warning light stays on, which I thought was normal to let me know it was working, but apparently not. It has been on since I bought the car from carmax. I have researched a little and there seems to quite a few problems with this issue and Hyundai. This is the second safety issue, the brake light recall being the first. Air bags · reported at 78,000 miles
Airbag light came on when I turned the car on one day. I was informed the airbag pressure sensor had failed and would have to replace the entire seat to rectify the problem as the airbag wouldn't deploy correctly if someone was in the passenger front seat. Recently learned it was a recall for some kia models through a notice for my kia sedona, but my model wasn't included although the issue is identical. Air bags · reported at 45,000 miles
