In owners' own words
Brakes will go all the way to the floor and at times can not stop the car. They bleeded the brake line and changed the fluid, they replaced the master cylinder and after a month is it acting up again. Now they are telling me is is the abs system. I only have 74000 miles on my car and it should not be happen. This should really be recalled. One day I will get into an accident. I have a few near misses. Thank you Service brakes · reported at 74,000 miles
I have replaced the master brake cylinder in this vehicle twice. Both times, the brakes would inexplicably lose pressure, with the pedal traveling all the way to the floor. The two replacements were done by the dealer within a year of each other. The first was a warranty repair, the second happened out of warranty. I saw an article indicating this problem was being investigated and decided to add my complaint. Service brakes
Car brake is spongy and would have to pressed to the floor before car stops. At the initial application of the brakes, the car ejects forward and then stops. There is very little pressure in the brake system.Have taken the car to Nissan dealership for repair, from the dealership, it appears to be the abs system. Doing online research , there appears to be a common trend of brake defects on this model Service brakes · reported at 91,000 miles
