Reading the numbers

Across the 9 model years of the Chrysler Concorde in this data, 1994 draws the most complaints of any of them.

Filings have fallen off, 8 in the last three years against 51 in the three before. That is normal as a generation leaves the road.

The median odometer reading at the time of complaint was 99,000 miles.

In owners' own words

Headlight lens cover that becomes fogged on the inside is a very serious problem. The replacement cost is $175.00 Each making very exspensive to mantain. The original should be glass, this would make it less dangerous for night driving. I went to a dealer about transmission, but they said there was no recall on that. Imformation I received from you it is supposed to be repaired at no cost???? Help !!! Power train
Transmission failed to shift into overdrive. Took to dealer & informed needed to be overhauled. Picked vehicle up & was leaking pink fluid. Left vehicle. Went back & picked vehicle up & left it in garage. Later noticed a large puddle under transmission. Was told by mechanic it was the water pump & needed replacing. Also, transmission overheated. Power train
There has been 119 sevice bulletins on this vehicle-12 0n transmission related problems -never recalled yet problems like mine are very familiar to dealer and Chrysler-both say sorry, out of warrenty-it is unreasonable to pay $25,000 for a new vehicle, maintain it properly with no abuse, and have the drive train last at least 100,000 miles??
