I first reported this problem in january 1997 when the brakes completely failed. Eventually, it was covered under warranty. I have returned the vehicle 4 times with the same problem. The vehicle was returned on dec 31, 2000 with a request for meeting with chrysler rep., To date no action has been taken. In my opinion, the vehicle is unsafe, to both my family and others.
