In owners' own words
I was driving slowly, about 5 mph, and was pulling over on a residential street to park on the street, and my Hyundai started shakingâ¦the steering wheel and car were shaking and the brakes werenât working. I nearly rear ended a car full of people. It did eventually a stop and the whole thing lasted maybe 10 seconds but it was terrifying. I had it towed to the dealership and they canât seem to duplicate it. Service brakes
A Class action lawsuit has been filed for this Issue which Hyundai refuses to acknowledge our 2025 Palisade is having this issue on a regular basis. When it occurs the car becomes very difficult to stop we feel as do the lawyers in the class action in New York California and Ohio that this is a serious safety situation. We have had the car to the dealer and as previous owners have stated it is not acknowledged. Service brakes
When driving at a low rate of speed to stop, when you hit a bump or uneven road, the brakes lock up, the vehicle will lurch, and will not stop. This has happened several times on pavement, gravel roads, and dirt roads. I have had to steer off the road to keep from going into oncoming traffic. It has also caused me to go through stop signs. I am terrified to drive this vehicle in fear of being in an accident Service brakes
