The contact owns a 2022 Hyundai Palisade. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V607000 (Seat Belts); however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The local dealer was contacted. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The seatbelts in the Driver, Front passenger and second row passenger come unlatched by themselves, unprompted and at times, do not want to buckle until multiple times of forces them in. The driver seat with the lower seat adjustment will move unexpectedly without prompting. This is not the first time this has happened. It has occurred multiple times this past year, starting around 36,000 miles. Seat belts
Multiple times after the kids buckle in, their seatbelts will become unlatched while driving down the road. This occurs in the middle row and happens with everyone from the [XXX] to the [XXX] .
