HVAC airflow gradually goes to zero when demanding air conditioning on days > 80F. Air conditioner lines will develop a thick layer of ice prior to experiencing no air flow. The remedy is to turn off the AC and keep fan on MAX. As the system warms airflow gradually returns. Ice buildup is the culprit as after performing the remedy a large amount of condensate is discharged underneath the vehicle. Electrical system
Sporadically the vehicle will not start. 200 miles on the 2023 powerboost and this has happened 3 times. Vehicle says pull over safely now and will not allow me to put into gear. picture of battery on dash. Vehicle always sitting in heated insulated garage. Waited a day and then it starts. Ford mechanic does not see anything wrong and cannot duplicate the issue so no fix is available. Electrical system
tried to get ford to install Heated Steering Wheel Performance Upgrade 22G06 on this and they claim the case was closed and denied because of the credit on my window sticker they closed my case ID without even notifying me about it.
