The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. Takata recall - there are no options given to us at this time knowing that metal fragments can cause injury or death to myself. I don't feel safe driving my vehicle and want either another car to drive or the option to get out of my lease. I feel unsafe and scared to drive my vehicle. And this is unfortunate because I do love my car. I have called Volkswagen and my dealership and no one is doing anything about it. Air bags
