Reading the numbers

Across the 7 model years of the Hyundai Genesis in this data, 2011 draws comparatively few complaints; 2015 is the outlier year.

Filings have fallen off, 5 in the last three years against 20 in the three before. That is normal as a generation leaves the road.

The median odometer reading at the time of complaint was 64,925 miles.

In owners' own words

Noticed that the head lights shut off for a couple of seconds when making a turn onto a ramp on an interstate. Seemed to happen when the turn signal was operated and has repeated a dozen or so times since the first occurrence, but can go weeks to months between incidents. I think that the head light selections switch was set to "on" at the time as I have not noticed this to occur when set to "auto." Electrical system · reported at 26,500 miles

The screen where the navigation is freezes and you cannot see to control to regulate the air or to connect via bluetooth for hands free. If you turn it off and on it still will not clear the screen and you are stuck with a logo. Navigation won't work and you are stuck. It has happened multiple times over 40 times in the last year.
