Reading the numbers
Across the 10 model years of the Lincoln MKZ in this data, 2010 ranks 3rd by complaint volume — 2008 draws the most.

The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. Takata recall: my complaint is that takata and ford/Lincoln are not taking the recall seriously. This recall is almost 3 years old and I have received 2 or 3 notices that basically say "we're working on it" or notices that talk about the bankruptcy filing of takata. Why are takata and ford/Lincoln not being held responsible for this slow process? Significant safety issues with a non-urgent response. Air bags
