In addition, the vehicle failed to shut off as the fob remained in the on position. The contact independently diagnosed that the win module needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact owns a 2010 Dodge Charger. While driving various speeds, the key fell out of the ignition switch and caused the vehicle to shut off. Also, the vehicle would not immediately start when turning the ignition switch. The cause of the failures was not determined.
