Whenever the contact turned the steering wheel during the first 10 minutes of operation, he noticed that the steering wheel hesitated to return to the proper position. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where the contact was informed that the front bearings and u joints needed to be replaced. The vehicle had not been repaired.
