I presently own a 2005 c6 Corvette. My concern is not one of a safety issue but one of a problem that continues to exist with the car despite numerous tows (6 - 7) to the dealership. The response is there is no problem. My car consistently "dies" or will not crank after sitting for 5 -12 days. There appears to be a blind eye to this problem that should be addressed as I have observed on numerous forums. Electrical system · reported at 1,200 miles
While driving on I 40 in memphis, my 2005 Corvette initiated a warning to "service activew handling". The warnings then indicated a flat tire, and airbag fault, which all cleared. The warnings are erroneous, and can cause the system to react, shutting down traction control, slowing the vehicle and other measures, without warning. The driver door will not open unless emergency open is utilized. Electrical system · reported at 91,000 miles
