The power lift gate has twice reversed operation for no apparent reason and without warning. The first time I noticed and was able to move out of the way. The second time, my wife was about to walk under it and ended up hitting her head rather hard on it. The van is almost 3 years old. It is currently at the dealership service center, who initially suspected the cause to be some sensors within the liftgate. Structure · reported at 56,000 miles
