: The contact stated while traveling 55 mph, the flange was severely rusted, and caused gasoline to leak. Prior to the incident, the check engine light illuminated. Fuel overflows from filler neck at end of refueling procedure, when fueling with nozzle on "automatic" and at normal/full pressure. Happens about 70% of the time.
