Purchased a used 200 Chevrolet silverado k2500 4wd. The anti lock brakes activate at 7mph while stopping. It occurs at every stop. The dealer replaced the speed sensors per the recall which did not solve the problem. The dealer tested the vehicle after the fix and found it still failing. Now gm won't do anything more and my truck still has faulty anti lock brakes. Service brakes, hydraulic · reported at 123,235 miles
Brake failure due to corrosive brake lines. All brake lines need replacement. Other brake components have show problems due to corrosion such as brake calipers - adding to stopping distance - and abs sensors - vehicle would slow to 5 to 10 mph for a second or two prior to stopping - dealer replaced brake lines at my cost - will supply vin number later if possible. Service brakes, hydraulic · reported at 90,000 miles
