Involved in frontal collision with vehicle that had stopped in the number 2 lane of freeway for other veh. Accident. Rear ended stopped car at 40-45 mph and drivers side airbag failed to deploy forcing my head and body into steering wheel with injuries as a result. Contacted Nissan on 061401 about situation since being diagnosed with acute tmj due to head hitting steering wheel and still awaiting call back. Air bags
Sense I bought the car the air bag light is blinking.With the airbag fuse in the indicator light blinks,with the fuse out it stays on solid.Im not that familiar with how the air bag system works.It is a srs airbag system.What can I do to get the light to turn off and be assured the system is working and will function properly incase of a accident? Air bag light came on and would not go off. Took car to dealership and was informed that airbag needed repairs that cost approx. 450.00 Airbag has never been used and my belief is that airbage malfunction is from assembly. Was told if not repaired, airbag may not deploy. Air bags
