Was driving vehicle when it started to make noises. Applied gas pedal & noise stopped. Speed increased to 45mph & took foot off pedal & vehicle failed to slow down. It proceeded to speed up & then slowed down. Then speeed up again & once again slowed down. Would keep foot on brake to keep vehicle from surging. Will be taking vehicle to dealer. While driving at 25mph vehicle went into high speed and the motor was racing.The engine check light came on, and the consumer had to keep the foot on the brake until she got the vehicle to shut down due to the motor racing. Took vehicle to dealer, they replaced the throttle linkage at the owner's cost. *Ak Vehicle speed control
