The contact owns a 1993 Dodge Dynasty. While driving 40 mph the brakes failed. He had to shift the vehicle into neutral to decelerate. The manufacturer advised the contact that recall# 96v099000, service brakes, hydraulic, anti-lock was repaired with the previous owner which made him ineligible for a free remedy.
