I was driving on the highway when my steering wheel pulled to the right and almos made me crash into the concrete retainer, i had to fully stop my van in the middle of the highway The steering wheel locks and pulls to the opposite side where you wanna turn i cant use my vehicle like this i seen that a lot of people are dealing with this problem and is not safe! Power steering failure and tech said it was corrosion of wire harness and not considered a mechanical failure. Water had entered the power steering rack and harness. Pump and rack need to be replaced as well. Driving on highway and power steering gave out without warning. Had to pull to the side of the road. Safety at risk. Steering
The Electronic Power Steering (and EPS Module) failed, making it incredibly hard to steer especially at low speeds. Dealer confirmed that the power steering rack has failed. All power steering features and lights came on, rendering the vehicle inoperable while driving doen the road. This is a serious safety concern. Steering
