In owners' own words
Power steering failed without warning whilst driving at highway speed on i26, no warnings nor warning lights displayed. Vehicle remained operable, whilst difficult to steer I continued to next exit. As I slowed to a stop the power steering suddenly functioned again. This could lead to a fatal accident if this loss of power steering were to happen in a curve as the steering is exceedingly heavy without. Steering
When the vehicle hits a bump at highway speeds of 65-70mph it can lead to a very strong vibration or shaking of the steering wheel. At this speed it is very "frightening" and feels like total loss of control of the steering as it was unable to change lanes. Driver must immediately slow down to 45-50mph to regain control which could have impacted other following vehicles and possible rear end collision. Steering
Death wobble started at 55 mph, with no warning. No warning lights and no warning codes were found. Death wobble started a second time at 70 mph with the same results. This is the third time that this has occurred. Vehicle has never been off road, is a complete factory stock vehicle, with proper tire rotation schedule based on manufacture and dealership service department. Steering
