In owners' own words
The 6.2 L engine Yukon spun a bearing caused my car to shut down in the middle of the road barely got off the side. Lucky that we were not at highway speeds and nobody rear ended us. When I got to the dealership they did not care that this occurred and GMC customer care did not even acknowledge about the safety of us on the road when this occurred. At this point GMC nor the dealership has an ETA on replacement. Engine
After the vehicle was serviced with a fuel injection cleaning and an oil change (by a GM dealership), the vehicle lost about 5 miles per gallon while driving and has not improved since. . I brought the vehicle back to the same dealership and complained. Another fuel injection cleaning was performed, but it did not help. It has been about 3 months and nothing has improved. I use 93 octane, TopTier gasoline. Engine
My vehicle has experienced total engine failure. The first time occurred in 2024. The dealership replaced the engine with a new one. It has now failed for the second time. This time I nearly crashed as the vehicle went from 65mph to 0mph in 5 seconds. There was no warning and my vehicle is serviced regularly by the dealer I bought it from. The dealer has not yet responded with how they will resolve this issue. Engine
