The MMI system keeps crashing and rebooting. It can happen as often as every 5-15 minutes. Navigation goes down and parking and backup camera is unavailable until system goes through the reboot process. My understanding is that there are numerous other Audi owners who have this problem, with no clear fix . Audi has nit addressed this or have been able to offer any help or resolution to this issue Electrical system
Many times while driving the Audi MMI system which controls all radio/navigation/controls screen will completely shut off and reboot, leaving the screen blank and functionality gone. When researching online many others have reported the same issue, with Audi unable to provide a definitive cause or a fix for the issue. This is a safety issue as it could cause distraction while driving Electrical system
The MMI system which contains the backup camera and warnings, navigation, phone and radio goes blank and reboots. Continually does this at any time. You can be backing up in a parking lot and the screen goes black. Audi has tried to fix several times and continues to happen. Numerous complaints about this on Audiworld and Reddit.
