In owners' own words
Headlights flickering. Must turn off the headlights and turn them back on for this issue to go away. All headlight components were replaced including the bulb and this issue still is there. The Audi dealerships seem to not know how to fix this issue. This issue is only on the left side/driver side. The dealer could not duplicate this issue on the right side/passenger side. All new parts were installed. Exterior lighting
The left headlamp will flicker and then dip towards the ground while driving, a dashboard warning says "left headlamp dipped". The car has been to the Audi dealer several times and they are unable to replicate the issue, and tell me the fault does not generate a computer code for them to check. It has started happening on a more frequent basis, at different speeds and on different road conditions. Exterior lighting · reported at 45,000 miles
Problem occurs when the lights are turned on at night, the right headlight begins to flicker and then shuts off with an error, "right dipped headlight". It occurs every night, which is dangerous and hazardous and makes it difficult to see and obscures the view to drivers of oncoming traffic. This problem is being suffered by a large numbers of owners and it should be recalled by the manufacturer. Exterior lighting · reported at 55,000 miles
