In owners' own words
It has been over 9 months since VW issued a recall of the front passenger airbag. We were instructed not to use the front passenger seat. With children and sports equipment to haul around it is extremely inconvenient, bordering on making the vehicle obsolete with an inability to use the front passenger seat. We have not heard anything from VW regarding a fix and they have not responded to my attempts to contact them. Air bags
