In owners' own words
Manufacturer default in the trunk. Water is getting into the trunk causing water to fill up in the battery compartment. Thus, shutting the vehicle electrical system down completely. After researching, I contacted GM who stated that they are unaware of this issue, although many people who own this type of vehicle have had this issue occur. Electrical system
Engine began to shudder as if the engine wants to turn off. It can also feel as if there is some issues with the drive axles. It leads to loss of power of the engine. The loss of power goes away upon shutting the engine off and turning it back on however the check engine light remains on and the error code p0420 displays on the reader. Electrical system
If the car is not kept on a charging system the battery can drain within 48 hours - 2 weeks. When I leave the car in the garage with the doors locked for 48 hours the battery goes dead. When I leave it in the garage for a week unlocked the battery is dead. It took 45 minutes to jump start it. Electrical system
