The contact owns a 2017 Subaru Impreza. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 22V624000 (Exterior Lighting) however, the part to do the recall repair was unavailable. The contact stated that manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not notified of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. Brunswick Subaru refuses to do headlight recall. I was told there is no fix yet over 6 months ago. I called again 2 weeks ago and told the same thing. I called Subaru directly and was told there is a fix and that they would contact me in two days. They still have not gotten me information on how to resolve recall 22v624000 Exterior lighting
I received the recall notice that shows "WRG-22, NHTSA ID 22V-624, October 2029." I have been waiting for Subaru to fix this. It seems a year later, it should be taken care of? As per the NHTSA site, it says to file a complaint if this is not fixed in a timely manner, so I am submitting this. Exterior lighting
