The contact owns a 2015 Volkswagen Beetle. While driving 35 mph, a freight truck crashed into the rear passenger side of the contact's vehicle. The air bags failed to deploy. A police report was not filed. The contact felt pain in the right arm and neck, which required medical attention. The vehicle was towed to a body shop. The manufacturer was not notified. There is a recall on my vehicle that can cause death and Volkswagen has yet to provide a remedy to fix the recall. I have asked them about switching cars until a remedy is an available and that's not an option they provide. I do not feel safe driving my car, but I have no choice to drive it because I need transportation. Air bags
I just recently purchased this vehicle, which is a 2015 beetle and see that it has a air bag recall, but no fix is available yet. The car is now 8 years old, it is BS there still isnt a replacement and I am driving a death mobile where the airbag could explode at anytime and kill me with shrapnel Air bags
