I experienced the âFord Death Wobbleâ when on the highway at 70 MPH. It has happened three times now. It didnât stop until I pulled off the road and stopped. It was an unsafe situation trying to get across three lanes of traffic and stop in the shoulder of the road. I did not loose control of the truck but it was close to being uncontrollable. From what Iâve read, this needs to be a Recalled item!! Steering

The contact took the vehicle to the dealer and an unknown repair was performed; however, the failure persisted. Started having death wobble last year at about 95000 miles. Put new tires on it, new rotors, trackbar, draglink, tie rods. I think it is a lot more controllable but it still bump steers in curves and the steering wheel shakes violently when hitting a bump but doesn't break into death wobble.
