In owners' own words

Takata recall notice received in the mail. I confirmed my car was included in the takata airbag recall via wwwairbagrecall.Com and called park place mercedes in grapevine, tx. The service representative insisted my car was not recalled. She was rude and just kept saying it was not recalled. Btw, this happened october 25, 2017. The drop down below would only let me enter october 24 or before. Air bags
I recieved a recall notice for takata airbags in february of 2019. Mercedes says that you guys are the holdup with replacement parts. As the letter states that I am basically using my vehicle at my own risk until replacement has been made, I want a record of my unhappiness and fear. My loved ones ride in this car with me and I feel as though I am putting them at unnecessary risk. Unacceptable. Air bags
