We received notice of the recall on the alternator several months ago and have contacted the dealership multiple times. Each time the dealership states that the do not have the needed part in stock and that they will return our call. We have never received a return call. The vehicle has completely stopped working electronically on the highway going approximately 60 mph twice. Thank you. Electrical system · reported at 5,000 miles
