The contact owns a 2013 Buick Lacrosse. When the vehicle was stopped, it did not restart. The contact replaced the battery, but the failure recurred. There was no warning indicator illuminated. The dealer was not contacted. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and stated that there was no recall. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. 2013 Buick Lacrosse. Consumer writes in regards to unpredictable power outage. The consumer stated when the power went out the keys would get stuck in the ignition. When this would occur the consumer would remove the battery cables from the negatice and positive. The consumer then put the negative back in the battery and tap the postive causing a spark to reset the power. Electrical system
Transmission shifts down by itself when driving or switches gears. Took to rick hendrix Buick in duluth, ga for service and they said nothing was wrong with it. Power shortly afterwards went out and I had to replace the entire power steering system. Also change car battery but it continues to gradually lose power and gives of a type of burning burning smell Electrical system · reported at 79,102 miles
