Takata recall - it has been a year and the air bag is still not available. I want to escalate this so that I can get this taken care of in a timely fashion, 1 year is not timely. Please advise as to what actions I can take in order to obtain my service for the recall. I have contacted the local mercedes and they state they will notify me when they have the parts, but I have not hear anything in a year. Air bags
