The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. Passenger seat airbag sensor failed. Gm issued no recall, yet did so for a known faulty sensor in a cadillac model. Safety is never out of warranty, yet gm refuses to address this issue in mine, and other model years of the gm Solstice and sky.
