Reading the numbers
Across the 9 model years of the Chevrolet Trailblazer in this data, 2008 draws comparatively few complaints; 2005 is the outlier year.
Filings have fallen off, 6 in the last three years against 34 in the three before. That is normal as a generation leaves the road.
The median odometer reading at the time of complaint was 75,000 miles.

75K on 2008 Trailblazer.... Instrument panel lights and audio display work intermittently. Seems to be connected to cold temps? They are off at startup but as suv is driven and warms up... The audio display appears. The radio/cd player work even when the display is off. Just started happening this fall (2016). Also.. The low tire pressure light comes on only in cold temps but goes out after driving a few miles. Electrical system · reported at 75,000 miles

The failure mileage was 139,000. Electrical system · reported at 139,000 miles
While entering a gas station the vehicle in front of me slammed on the brakes. This was done because the gm at the pump had it's backup lights on and wasn't even backing up. What's really disturbing is the fact people will start ta ignore these in dark or rainy parking lots and potentially get run over. Shouldn't backup lights only be used for backing up? This looks like a problem with the whole vehicle lineup. Electrical system
