At 45,000 miles the air bag light came on. Dealers wants an arm, a leg, and half of the other leg to fix. This is a common problem and there is not a recall yet. Dealer says they can start replacing parts but that may not fix the problem. Verbal estimate could be around $3,200 to start! Care is pristine, garage kept, never seen rain or snow. Help! Please make Nissan fix this know issue. Air bags
The contact owns a 2005 Nissan 350Z. While driving approximately 65 mph, the air bag warning light illuminated. The failure recurred twice. The dealer stated that the air bags needed to be replaced. Prior to the accident the airbag light stayed on took it to the dealership and they said it was a error code. On june 4th I had a car accident and the airbag didn't deploy just the airbag light indicator just stayed on. Even until today it is still on cause I can not afford 3 grand to replace the driver side seat which I was told the problem was. Air bags · reported at 61,000 miles
