The failure recurred three times within two years. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 100,000. : The contact stated, intermittently, the vehicle accelerates in drive or park. When the vehicle is in park, the brake pedal must be depressed. This causes the tires to squeal and the ignition must be turned off. The dealership is unable to duplicate the problem; no codes have been stored on the computer or black box.
