I've replaced brake wires on my 2000 Lincoln executive series 5-6 times out keeps burning out wire by brakes light switch. Tried relay kit brakes worked for one day but no brake lights again since I first bought this car I've in multiple occasions replaced this problem in the past 4-5 years no one seen to know what the main issue is Electrical system
The vehicle caught on fire and burnt up the garage while parked. The fire department and insurance inspector indicated that the fire originated from the driver side engine compartment. When the consumer pushes the last two buttons on the pad to lock car the head lights and tail lights come on, sometimes they stay on causing the battery to go dead, ford exchanged the vehicle for the 2000 model and the new vehicle experienced the same defect, ford does not know how to fix it. *Mjs Electrical system
